Adult Offenders

For adult ex-offenders and those at risk of offending we offer managed single tenancies or floating support for up to 2 years providing a tailored support package specific to the needs of the individual. For customers with severe or enduring mental health issues we offer more intensive specialist support in managed single tenancies or by floating support delivered in the customer's own home. Both schemes are in partnership with the West Yorkshire Probation Service and funded by Supporting People.

Young People

For young people aged 16-18 who are involved in the criminal justice system we offer support in managed independent tenancies for up to 2 years in partnership with the Bradford Youth Offending Team and funded by Supporting People. For young people who are leaving the care system we offer supported managed tenancies for up to 2 years. This scheme also offers a taster flat giving customers the opportunity to try independent living before committing to a full tenancy. This scheme is funded by Social Services.

Substance Misuse

We have a Substance Misuse Worker working with our customers aged over 18yrs who have substance misuse related issues.  We offer support, harm minimisation sessions, signposting & referral to other agencies and motivational work with customers.
