Foundation Darlington offers the following services:

• Accommodation and Triage services for Complex Needs: The Triage service includes telephone support and crisis intervention. Office hours are 9am-4pm Monday – Friday.
• Young Parents and Families Service: This service offers accommodation and floating support for young parents and families, which also includes a triage service for drop-in and crisis intervention.

Accommodation and Triage services for Complex Needs

Referrals can be made by the person in need of help or through an agency. A drop-in triage service is open Monday-Friday between 11am – 1pm at 1a Chancery Lane, Darlington DL1 5QP. To make a referral contact the Darlington Team by telephone on 01325 289410.
