Experienced and dedicated Foundation teams provide help and support to vulnerable people across communities.

How we measure success

Foundation measure success by the social inclusion of our customers

We’re proud of our achievements, because every statistic has a real person behind it – our Annual Housing Reports and Impact Reports detail our approach to secure housing through social inclusion and the great results that this approach generates.

Foundation use KPIs to measure social inclusion. Our assessment process includes all 12 KPIs and we also measure them when customers leave our services. Some of our social inclusion indicators help us to see how our customers are using public services when they leave our services:
