Are you a client or tenant of Foundation? If so, we’d like to hear from you…
If you are a tenant of Foundation Housing (or have you been within the last two years) you can apply to join the Tenant Voice panel to help us improve our services for other tenants.
The Tenant Voice panel is a place for tenants to share their views on how our organisation is run and make sure that we’re working to address any issues and resolve any complaints.
What does it involve?
The Tenant Voice panel meeting will be held online once every three months and will last no longer than an hour and a half. There’ll be some stuff to read about our performance and we’ll be seeking constructive suggestions on how we could improve.
What’s in it for me?
This is your chance to make recommendations as to how we can improve, gain confidence and learn new skills which you can put on your C.V.
How do I get involved?
Talk to your support worker about this opportunity. If you want to get involved but feel there is something stopping you, please speak to your support worker about this.
Do you any have ideas about things we could improve on within our services? Then why not join our Client Voice panel, share your views and help us make decisions.
If you use any of the services within the Inspire North group, including those provided by Community Links, Foundation or our Dementia Hubs, then we want to hear from you.
