Salary: £24,174 - £25,951, per annum (NJC scale point 27 -29) pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week (FTE 40 hours per week)
Leave: Competitive annual leave (plus public holidays) per annum, pro rata
Responsible to: Performance, System and Quality Manager

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Performance, System and Quality Officer with the required experience to join the Central Services team, based at our Head Office in Leeds.

 

The Role:

The post holder will play a critical role in ensuring Foundations services comply with quality standards, developing a culture of continuous improvement, evidencing the provision of high quality services to customers/commissioners, driving up performance across the organisation and assisting with the continuing work of developing our case management software (CDP SHARP). The post holder will be expected to work at all levels of the organisation, from reporting to Senior Managers, working with front line staff in local teams and consulting with customers.
