Salary: £17,419 (NJC Scale Point 16) per annum plus unsociable hours' payment

This is an exciting opportunity for a support assistant with the required experience to join the team working at the Mercury House Hostel in Scarborough.

The Role:   Our teams provide support to a wide range of customer groups referred to Foundation from our partners and the Housing Management Assistant will work under the guidance of Service Managers, Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure that our housing management services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Housing Management Assistants have responsibility to provide weekend and/or night cover in the hostel and may be required to work on a flexible basis. This entails liaising with the concierge, to ensure the security of the building and to respond to any health and safety issues to protect the property. Also performing Housing Management tasks as detailed in the key responsibilities.
