We have a new exciting new role within our Kirklees Team for a Landlord Liaison Officer.

The Role:

The purpose of the Landlord Liaison Officer role is to identify appropriate properties to meet the needs of customers entering Foundation services within the West Yorkshire area (The post will initially be based in Kirklees with the potential to expand across the West Yorkshire area).

The Landlord Liaison Officer (LLO) will be a dedicated role that will strengthen links with landlords and Social Housing providers and the Landlord’s Forum.

Regular attendance at Landlord Forum’s will maintain a local profile for the service. A strong relationship with open, transparent communication will be a core value of our work with private landlords.

Post holders are required to deal confidently and positively with a wide range of tasks and resolve issues appropriately. This will be achieved primarily by undertaking Landlord Liaison operational activities y, ensuring that individual and project objectives and targets are met and the needs of customers and stakeholders satisfied.

There is a requirement to undertake additional duties and responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the organisation and post holders must be effective team workers, with the flexibility, imagination and adaptability to provide practical support to colleagues.

The scope of this role may vary, depending upon individual project requirements.
