Salary: £20,661 to £22,658 (NJC Scale Points 22 – 25) per annum
Contract: Permanent and full-time

Foundation is looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker to work within the Doncaster CLASS service.

The Role

The role of the Housing Support Worker is varied and the post holder with have a number of responsibilities (please refer to the full role profile which can be found within the application pack). As part of the CLASS service in Doncaster you will work with young people and care leavers aged between 16 and 21.

You will provide housing-related support services and that support is tailored to help address customer’s individual needs and is designed to maximise their independence whilst working towards their successful move-on into independent living.

Housing Support Workers are responsible for a caseload of customers to whom they will provide high-quality customer support.

In order to apply for this position, you will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Adjustments may be possible where applicants cannot drive as a result of a disability.
