Salary: £17,419 (NJC Scale Point 16) per annum (pro-rata)
Contract: Temporary until 31st March 2019
Hours: 30 hours per week (part-time)

We are looking to recruit a Housing Support Assistant to join our team in Durham to assist Support Workers to provide high quality support to a wide range of customer groups referred to Foundation from our partners. The Support Assistant will work under the guidance of Support Workers to address customers’ individual needs, maximise independence and work towards the successful move on in to independent living.
