Our team provides a range of services to over 160 vulnerable people. The team offers floating support, furnished accommodation and a range of complementary and preventative services.
We provide a service to high risk offenders, working closely with Offender Managers, providing support in areas such as - housing advice, benefits, work/education, and substance misuse. Our approach is aimed at a reduction in re-offending.
For 16/17 year olds we offer individual tailored support, mediation within the family, respite emergency accommodation, tenancy training and information workshops through an educational setting. This level of work is aimed at preventing 16/17 year olds becoming homeless.
We provide accommodation for single homeless people with tailored support based around individual needs. The support we offer is wide ranging and focussed around the multiple and complex needs of our customers. Support provided includes for example, budgeting, independent living skills, income maximisation, work, training and education. We will also work in partnership with other agencies including Mental Health services, the Probation Service, local Drug and Alcohol services, Social Services, and local authority housing services.
There is help and support available to couples, lone parents and families - whether it is help with a Bond Guarantee, Rent in Advance or general support. These services allow customers to access safe, affordable accommodation and the support will help maintain a tenancy in the Private Sector or with a Registered Social Landlord.
We provide temporary accommodation with support for those fleeing domestic violence, working closely with Domestic Violence Services.
