We’re here so that you don’t have to face your challenges alone.

Experienced and dedicated Foundation teams provide help and support to vulnerable people across communities.

Your voice matters, and we’re here to listen. If you’re affected by homelessness or domestic abuse, or need some support as you make the transition from prison or care, get in touch by email or call on 0113 303 0150 for an informal chat in complete confidence.

How we can help

We’ll support you to recognise your real value and learn new skills. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the running of our services, help our staff teams make decisions and give support to others in need.

How we measure success

Foundation measure success by the social inclusion of our customers

We’re proud of our achievements, because every statistic has a real person behind it – view our 2022 annual housing report here.

Foundation use KPIs to measure social inclusion. Our assessment process includes all 12 KPIs and we also measure them when customers leave our services. Some of our social inclusion indicators help us to see how our customers are using public services when they leave our services:

“``The most important thing was the support of knowing I wasn't given up on.``”
