From our humble beginnings as a small charity helping to resettle offenders and ensure that those without homes, or at risk of homelessness, could find security, inclusion and independence within their community, we have come a long way. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services in order to provide a more comprehensive range of support, enabling us to reach out and help a wider range of individuals, such as:

  • Victims and perpetrators of domestic violence
  • Vulnerable children and young people leaving care
  • Alcohol and drug misusers
  • People with mental health issues
  • Women involved in the sex industry

As Foundation continues to grow, we’re actively invested in developing even more levels of support in partnership with other fantastic organisations who share our values.

Employing approximately 350 staff across 20 offices, Foundation provides services to more than 4,000 customers every year across the whole of Yorkshire and parts of the North East.
