Jobs

Established in 1984, we are proud to be one of the leading names in the charity sector – and we’re even prouder of the great results we consistently achieve, helping to stamp out social exclusion in Yorkshire and the north of England.

With all the best intentions in the world, we wouldn’t be able to do our amazing work without the hard work and passion of our dedicated team – our people are the driving force behind every success and the reason that we just keep getting bigger, better and stronger!

From our humble beginnings as a small charity helping to resettle offenders and ensure that those without homes, or at risk of homelessness, could find security, inclusion and independence within their community, we have come a long way. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services in order to provide a more comprehensive range of support, enabling us to reach out and help a wider range of individuals, such as:

  • Victims and perpetrators of domestic violence
  • Vulnerable children and young people leaving care
  • Alcohol and drug misusers
  • People with mental health issues
  • Women involved in the sex industry

As Foundation continues to grow, we’re actively invested in developing even more levels of support in partnership with other fantastic organisations who share our values.

Employing approximately 350 staff across 20 offices, Foundation provides services to more than 4,000 customers every year across the whole of Yorkshire and parts of the North East.
