Foundation Wakefield provides housing related support to adult offenders or those at risk of offending. Customers are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. Referrals are accepted for Single people, couples or families.

We provide opportunities for supported managed accommodation and for floating support depending on individual circumstances.
Our hours of business are generally Monday to Friday, 9-5. Other arrangements can be made as customers require.
Foundation Wakefield also provides Drop-in services across the Wakefield District including Castleford, Pontefract and Moorthorpe – please contact our office for further details.
