Strategic Objectives

Our strategy is a simple one: we want to be the best, the benchmark for quality services. This will enable us to influence strategies in our customers' interests at local, regional and national level.

What's more we aim to grow by 20% over the next three years. To do this we must deliver our services effectively. We will also look to work in partnership with organisations that have compatible aims, values and culture to Foundation's.

It means demonstrating to Local Authorities and other local commissioners that we can help them to deliver their key priorities, in particular those identified within Local Area Agreements. It means meeting the requirements of Outcomes Monitoring; demonstrating the impact our services have in improving customers' lives against the 17 Support Domains identified under the 'Every Child Matters' Framework.

We will adapt to changing commissioning arrangements and representative structures to ensure that our profile and reputation is maintained and that we are aware of commissioners' and stakeholders' agendas, priorities and needs. So we'll align our priorities with those identified by Local Strategic Partnerships in their Local Area Agreements.
