After taking her 'A' levels, Lizzie Kennedy had no idea what she wanted to do for a career. So she put her name down at an agency. They quickly found her a temporary position as an admin assistant at Foundation's Bradford office. That was eight years ago and she's never wanted to go anywhere else.
"It didn't take me long to decide that this was what I wanted to do," says Lizzie who's now a Senior Housing Support Worker. "I love my job because it's making a difference to young people. Foundation has a real empathy with its customers; we never give up on them. That's why we get such great results.
"Foundation also really cares for its staff. There are so many opportunities for training and development. I'm on an 'Aspiring Managers' course right now. I can't think there are many places that would offer so much help and support. They're flexible too - which is important for me because I'm a single parent. Foundation is definitely the best."
