Introduction
Our Redcar team works with 35 customers in the local area offering services to adult offenders. Our service provides housing-related support to offenders who are over sixteen years of age and who live in Redcar and Cleveland area. Each customer is allocated a support worker who will provide intensive support for up to 2 years if needed. The main route for referrals is through the probation service. This scheme also provides supported accommodation for the more vulnerable.

Referral Routes
Foundation accepts referrals from many different sources. Customers may self refer to a number of the schemes and in others this may require completion of a referral by a partner agency. PLease contact your local office to discuss the necessaty referral route.
