Adult Offenders

We provide housing, support & signposting to a range of offenders, including: Sex offenders, Young Offenders, Perpetrators of Domestic Violence, High risk offenders and Mentally disordered offenders. We support our customers to ensure that they have the skills to live independently, to be part of their local communities and to maximize their potential. We work closely with our partner agencies to ensure close working and dynamic information exchanges to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Young People

We provide housing, support & signposting to young people to ensure that they have the skills to live independently, to be part of their local communities and to maximize their potential. The Young people services works with all young people in need of support, including young offenders and lone parents. We provide a mediation service to young people and their families where the young person is at risk of becoming homeless.

Homeless Prevention

We provide intensive 16 week support to those housed in emergency accommodation by the council from our office in Wortley. We work with these customers to maximize their opportunity to move into more settled accommodation and to build on independent living skills.

Resettlement

Operating from our Wortley Road office this service works with all customer groups to provide support to maintain their accommodation and to live independently, including signposting on to other services
