Introduction

Our team works with 35 customers in the local area offering services for offenders and young people.

Schemes

Adult Offenders

We  provide housing related support to offenders and those at risk of offending who are aged 16 years + who live in the County Durham area, Each customer is allocated a support worker who will provide intensive support for up to two years if needed The main route for referrals is through the probation service. The scheme also provides supported accommodation for the more vulnerable

Young People

We provide a service which works with young homeless people aged between 16 and 17. We work in partnership with agencies to resolve any housing issues the young person is facing. Support usually lasts for 8 weeks but this is flexible depending on our customers' needs, once suitable accommodation is found referrals onto appropriate agencies for support are made.

Referral Routes
Foundation accepts referrals from many different sources. Customers may self refer to a number of the schemes and in others this may require a referral completing by a partner agency. Please contact your local office to discuss the necessary referral route.
