This is an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Worker with relevant experience or for a Housing Support Assistant wishing to progress their career. The role is based at our Kirklees’ office.

The Role:   Our teams of support workers provide housing-related support services to a wide range of customer groups referred to Foundation from our partners. Support is tailored to help address customer’s individual needs and is designed to maximise their independence whilst working towards their successful move-on into independent living.

Housing Support Workers are responsible for a caseload of customers to whom they will provide high-quality customer support.
