Foundation works alongside around 5000 customers each year. Across our projects, over 60,000 one-to-one interactions per year build up a picture of support. Each individual customer has their own set of circumstances to tackle; success looks very different in each case.

From Foundation’s perspective success can be defined and viewed in many different ways but essentially it reflects the re-emerging capacity and capability of the people we support. As confidence returns and positive actions and control take precedent individuals start to decide what new future they want.
