Foundation took over delivery of the Supporting People funded offender housing support service across Darlington and Durham in December 2008.

"From day one their "can do" flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively, ensured that the service they deliver dovetails neatly with our organisational needs," says Durham and Darlington Probation Services, Steve Lambert. "This has been evidenced at weekly surgery sessions across all County Durham Probation Offices, regular attendance at a range of team and management meetings, offender mentoring for individuals of no fixed abode or serving prison sentences, availability of staff for accommodation discussions and generally good communication and information exchange.

Foundation listens to and understands what Probation requires for those they supervise and work with. I've also found them to be a solution focused organisation engaging with problems as and when they arise and looking to find realistic, workable and jointly agreed  ways forward."
