Foundation’s Impact Report for 2014-2015 is now available. Please click on the ‘About’ tab and look within the report section for this and other documents you might find interesting.

We produce the Impact Report every year to celebrate the success of the customers we work alongside whilst acknowledging the fabulous efforts of our staff.

The report contains information about new services we have developed, this year for example we explain our new health offer, and provides a wealth of data and statistics which evidence the wider contribution our endeavours and programmes deliver.
